日々ニッキ プライバシーポリシー
日々ニッキ（英名 Hibi Nikki、以下「本アプリ」）は、すべてのデータをお使いの端末内だけに保存する、完全スタンドアロンの日記アプリです。本アプリは利用者の個人情報を収集・送信・共有しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。 サーバーを持たず、利用者のデータが端末の外に送信されることはありません。アクセス解析・広告・トラッキングのための第三者SDKも使用していません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
利用者が本アプリに入力・追加した以下の内容は、端末内のみに保存されます。開発者がこれらを閲覧することはできません。
- 日記の本文・天気・日付
- 添付した写真
- 録音した音声メモ
- 記録した位置情報（緯度・経度・場所名）
- 追加した URL リンク
- ロック用のパスコード（端末のセキュアストレージ／キーチェーンに保存）
3. 端末の機能・権限の利用目的
本アプリは以下の権限を、それぞれの目的のためにのみ、利用者の許可を得て使用します。取得した内容は端末内への保存にのみ用います。
- 写真ライブラリ: 日記に写真を添付するため。
- マイク: 日記に音声メモを録音するため。
- 位置情報（使用中のみ）: 日記に現在地を記録するため。
- Face ID / Touch ID: 日記のロックを解除するため。
いずれの権限も、端末の設定アプリからいつでも取り消すことができます。
4. 第三者への提供
本アプリはデータを外部に送信しないため、第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。地図リンクや日記に貼り付けた URL を開いた場合は、外部のアプリ（地図やブラウザ）に遷移します。遷移先のサービスには、それぞれの提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
5. バックアップ（手動エクスポート）
利用者は日記データを手動でファイルに書き出して保存できます。書き出したファイルは暗号化されていないため、保存先（ファイル、AirDrop、メール、クラウド等）の管理は利用者の責任となります。第三者と共有しないようご注意ください。
6. データの保管と削除
- データは端末内に保存され、本アプリを削除すると（書き出したバックアップを除き）すべて削除されます。
- アプリ内の設定から、すべての日記データを削除できます。
- 日記の内容は、端末のロック（パスコード／生体認証）および iOS の標準的なデータ保護機能によって保護されます。あわせて、本アプリ独自のロック（パスコード／Face ID・Touch ID）を設定できます。
7. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。お子さまが使用する場合も、データは端末内にのみ保存されます。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよびアプリの更新を通じてお知らせします。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で有効となります。

Hibi Nikki Privacy Policy
Hibi Nikki (日々ニッキ; "the App") is a fully standalone diary app that stores all data only on your device. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information, and no account is required.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personal information. It has no server, and your data never leaves your device. We do not use any third-party SDKs for analytics, ads, or tracking.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The following content you enter into the App is stored only on your device. The developer cannot access it:
- Diary text, weather, and dates
- Attached photos
- Recorded audio memos
- Recorded location (latitude, longitude, place name)
- Added URL links
- Your lock passcode (stored in the device's secure storage / Keychain)
3. Device Permissions
The App uses the following permissions, with your consent, solely for these purposes, and uses the data only to store it on your device:
- Photo Library: to attach photos to a diary entry.
- Microphone: to record audio memos in a diary entry.
- Location (While Using): to record your current location in an entry.
- Face ID / Touch ID: to unlock the diary.
You can revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
Because the App does not send data anywhere, we never provide or sell data to third parties. Opening a map link or a URL you saved will launch an external app (maps or a browser), which is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
5. Backups (Manual Export)
You may manually export your diary data to a file. Exported files are not encrypted, so you are responsible for where you store or send them (Files, AirDrop, email, cloud, etc.). Please avoid sharing them with others.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data is stored on your device and is removed when you delete the App (except for any backups you exported).
- You can delete all diary data from within the App's settings.
- Your entries are protected by your device lock (passcode / biometrics) and iOS's standard data protection. You can also set the App's own lock (passcode / Face ID / Touch ID).
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information. When used by children, data is still stored only on the device.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via this page and through app updates. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
